        I wanted to make cookbooks for my family (30 of them) with my mom’s recipes. Chris Kelsey was the prepress Specialist that helped me with the design of these cookbooks. He was more than helpful. He seemed to know exactly what I wanted and gave me ideas, was knowledgeable, patient, creative, explained everything in detail but in a short time. I had gone to Staples and they wouldn’t help in any way. I was told I’d have to bring in a flash drive with everything already on it. I feel Chris went out of his way and it showed in the finished product. My family and I are so thrilled with the cookbooks. They will be in our family for years to come. THANK YOU for hiring Chris.

    I would like to compliment Chris Kelsey for the nice job that he did on my business cards. He took the time to sit down with me and give his ideas on different fonts etc. He sent me an email to show me what they would look like, which I appreciated. He is very professional & customer service driven. I have a degree in Retail Merchandising and have over 25 yrs experience. I give great customer service, and I expect to get it. Often people will be quick to make complaints, but don’t recognize when they have a good experience. I will be back to do more business!

    I would just like to give you some quick feedback on one of your employees, Chris Kelsey.
Chris provides me with exceptional customer service each time I come into OfficeMax’s Print Center. I am always greeted by the other friendly employees and then Chris is usually available to do a tiny bit of prepress work before the print job I need done. When I communicate to Chris what it is I need done, he completes the work right in front of me in a timely manner. He usually offers suggestions with his designer’s eye as to what would look best and I usually take him up on his suggestions. What I like best about Chris is that he has the same meticulous eye I do so the prepress work he does is always crisp, clean, accurate and even to give all of my documents that ultra-professional look. I will continue to come back to your print center but especially because I know Chris is usually behind the computer!

        I am so impressed with the customer service Chris Kelsey provided. My sister and I are working with her wedding invitations. Last minute touches were needed and Chris quickly stepped up to the plate to make the necessary changes with no hesitation. Chris had a very busy schedule, but did not stop him from helping us.     I visited the Impress Copy Center (Fruitville Pike Store #854) to get some copies from computer files on a flash-drive. Associate Chris Kelsey waited on me and I was very impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness. Chris has waited on me several other times as well, and he is always friendly and helpful.
